My Story
My path into healing didn’t begin with medicine — it began with losing everything I once used to define myself.
For nearly twenty years, I practiced in the UK, shaping my skills as an ophthalmologist
across Moorfields, the NHS, and high-volume surgical centres.
My life looked full on paper — until it wasn’t.
A divorce, a custody battle, and a sudden relocation back to Malaysia cracked me open.
What looked like collapse became an initiation — not into survival,
but into truth.
I learned that seeing clearly isn’t about vision charts.
It’s about awakening to the parts of ourselves we have long disowned.
This journey brought me home to a deeper practice —
one where medicine meets consciousness,
where the nervous system becomes a doorway,
and where healing includes the self.
